Enrollment One Stop Shop

Welcome to Carver!  This is your one stop shop for how to get ready for the 24-25 school year.

Registration:

In order to keep your seat for the 2024-2025 school year, you must complete new student registration by May 24, 2024.

To complete your registration:

1) Online Form:  All families have been sent an email containing a link to complete registration forms and directions on how to do so. If you did not receive this email, check your spam folder. If you still do not see the email, please call our office at 504-308-3660 or email croy@collegiateacademies.org ASAP.  

2) Documents:  You need to submit copies of your child's birth certificate, a parent/guardian photo ID, and a proof of residency (such as a power/water bill). You can either upload these when you complete the online registration form or bring them to our front office.

If you do not have a computer or need help completing the registration paperwork, please come to our office from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm Monday through Thursday and 9:00 am - 12:00 pm on Friday.

Enrollment Information:

All of our new families are invited to our campus for Ram Day on Wednesday, May 22nd from 2pm to 4pm.
